Metric Studio, Inc. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Notice. Any questions or requests relating to Customer Data should be directed to our customer.

The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent pursuant to PIPA Article 18 will be implemented.

During use of the service and this site, the following personal information of members and non-members may be additionally created and collected. The information collected in this manner may or may not correspond to personal information depending on whether it is linked to personal information:

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or within the period consented upon by the users when collecting such personal information.
In principle, personal information related to membership registration and management, service provision and management, complaints and grievance processing, marketing and advertisements is retained and used for the above purposes until withdrawal from membership (termination of service use contract).
